Creators retain full ownership of their content. By uploading content to Uldouz.com, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your content on the platform. We do not claim ownership but reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies.

4. Prohibited Content

You may not post:

• Non-consensual, illegal, or exploitative content

• Hate speech, harassment, threats, or incitement to violence

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), impersonation, or revenge content

• Content involving bestiality, trafficking, or illegal activity under U.S. law

We have zero tolerance for violations and will ban users and report unlawful content to law enforcement if necessary.

5. Payment & Revenue Sharing

Creators earn revenue through subscriptions, content sales, and tips. Uldouz.com retains a 10% platform fee on all transactions. Payouts require identity verification and have a minimum withdrawal threshold. Payment processing may take up to 15 days.

6. Refund Policy

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds unless legally required.

7. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or any applicable laws.

8. Privacy Policy

By using Uldouz.com, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, store, and use your data.

9. Copyright & DMCA

If your copyrighted content is used without permission, you can file a takedown notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Valid claims will be handled promptly.
